Dr. Battaluri grew up in Bangalore, India and graduated from VS Dental College which is one of the top-rated dental schools. She went on to earn her advanced DMD from Boston University and has spent much of the last two decades in the US operating several successful dental offices in the greater Boston, Massachusetts area.

During her professional career, Dr. Battaluri has always had a passion in helping others. Whether it be patients in her dental office, people in her community, or even volunteering to help others in in her native country. 

While in India, Dr. Battaluri started working with Ashwini Angadi, a global ambassador and advocate of disability rights and founder of the non-profit Belaku Academy. The Academy supports 35 children at a residential school in Bangalore, India, providing them with meals, shelter, and education. At Belaku Academy, Dr. Battaluri oversees fundraising initiatives, donor relationships, and marketing.

Dr. Battaluri is married and has a daughter Nikita. Nikita was the original inspiration for Dr. Battaluri's foray into philanthropy. Nikita piloted a project as part of her Girl Scouts program, winning the Patrick Henley medallion when her mother was the Troop Leader. 

Now Dr. Battaluri is devoting her time, effort, and devotion of helping others into creating Mandala USA Foundation. The foundation will focus on the needs of health care and education in both in the US and India.

Hobbies: Photography and traveling the world.

Rajashri Madhur holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from India and Master's Computer Science from USA. She worked for 15 years in IT industry before changing careers to have flexible schedules to take care care of her ailing father. She joined her sister’s, Dr. Battaluri's dental practices to handle business and technology operations. Together with her sister, she successfully owned and managed several dental clinics.

Rajashri has been actively involved in philanthropic activity work along with Dr. Battaluri, and has a passion to work on initiatives to give back to the community in need.

Rajashri has two children. Daughter is doing Neurology residency in Yale. Son is working as a Software engineer. 

Hobbies: Travel and Meditation.

Savitha is the Treasurer & Secretary of Mandala USA. An accomplished leader, she brings over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector. Savitha is currently a Director on the North South Foundation Board, an organization that provides scholarships to economically challenged kids in India. She has been volunteering at NorthSouth since 2003. 

In the past, Savitha has served as the Executive Director of Samarthanam USA, an organization that serves the visually impaired and disabled community as well as served as the Co-Executive Director of Saheli, a Domestic Violence prevention organization focusing on empowering South Asian women & kids. In addition, Savitha has been an active volunteer at her community schools for many of her children’s growing years. As the Manager of the Destination Imagination Team, Savitha led her team to the Global finals twice, where her team placed 2nd out of 74 teams from across the world. 

Savitha is passionate about causes related to women empowerment & children’s education. She strives to give back to her community, a trait instilled by her parents who have been donating to rural schools around Bangalore for many decades . Savitha is a trained Domestic Violence Advocate and to this day provides advocacy for women who approach her from anywhere in the US and India.  

Savitha is a Software Engineer by Profession and worked for some of the industry’s top companies before she gave up her IT career to focus on raising her family. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University & Master’s degree in Computer Science from Tufts University. Savitha originally hails from Bangalore, India and has made Boston her home for the last 3 decades where she resides with her family.

Jayadeva Chowdappa, M.D., has 30+ years of experience in the practice of Internal Medicine, Managed care & physician Leadership. His special interest in the post Healthcare reform includes value-based care initiatives, Medicare Risk and Population Health Management. 

He has founded Six (6) physician led Medicare Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) so far. Starting with West Florida ACO, one of the nation’s first of 27 ACOs approved by CMS in 2012, he has founded 5 other ACOs. All 6 ACOs haveconsistently achieved Medicare savings totaling over $250 million. 

Dr Chowdappa is also the Co-founder of Assurity DCE, a successful high needs Medicare risk bearing entity and serves as its CEO. As the founding president of Next Healthcare Solutions LLC, he continues to manage and provide strategic consulting & leadership for the ACOs. He’s also the founder and president of Incentive Care LLC, an IPA for managed Medicare risk.

Dr Chowdappa has served on several boards including Florida Association of Physicians of India (FAPI), eternal Health Plan of Massachusetts & Arizona, West Florida ACO LLC, and others. He has served as chair of the charitable committee, FAPI. He has delivered several lectures in the area of Accountable Care and Population Health. He was the past president of Pasco County medical society. Dr Chowdappa is a graduate of Bangalore Medical College, India

A graduate of Boston University, Dr. Rao has been practicing for the last 30 years. Being in this field has give her an opportunity to help and encourage people to take care of their wellbeing. It has also given her a perspective about our community and relationships within. 

Dr. Rao has a passion for helping others which has led her on this path to be a part of Dr Manju Battaluri’s vision for Mandala USA.

Her vision of empowering parts of the community allowed me to join this goal to help communities become resilient and empowered. With this vision in mind I am hoping to reach out to all groups of individuals to help bring out the best possible outcomes as no single approach is the right one for each individual.
